Perched at the edge of the world's largest ocean sits a brand new property so spectacular, it's no wonder the iconic surfing lifestyle was established right here. Steps from the Huntington Beach Pier, brilliant sunrises give way to the promise of a new day, and golden coastlines with their impending swells beckon surfers, visitors and locals alike. Rates are inclusive of resort fee. In the event a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned. No name changes allowed. Pets are allowed. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 per pet is required. (Fee subject to change) The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
