Located in Vallromanes, a former Roman villa, Mas Salagros EcoResort is Spain's first organic resort. This eco-friendly hotel features a lake and two seasonal pools, plus the Aire de Vallromanes Wellness Centre offering various treatments and massages. A children's play area encourages outdoor play in nature. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms, junior suites, and suites are decorated with natural, ecological materials and include cable TV, a minibar, and a safe. Private bathrooms feature a shower, hairdryer, and free ecological toiletries. 24-hour room service is available. Three organic restaurants, the Restaurant Gastronómic 1497, the Cibus Restaurant, and the Gastro Wine Bar, serve traditional dishes using locally sourced organic products. The 24-hour front desk can provide information on activities such as hiking, cycling, yoga, and stretching. Cooking lessons, including making ecological jams, traditional local cheese, and liquors, can be arranged, as well as wine-tasting sessions.
