- Reception hours: 24 hours.
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM. After this time, if there is no prior notice of late arrival, the check-in will be considered a No Show.
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.
- Child Policy: Children under 3 years old can stay in a crib (subject to availability) or in existing beds, at no additional charge in either case. Children 3 years old and older will be considered adults at this property.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of USD 200 (per room) is required upon arrival. It will be collected by credit card. The full deposit will be refunded upon check-out via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
- Breakfast is served daily in the Punta Trouville Hotel cafeteria. It is continental and served buffet-style and consists of coffee, tea bags (black and chamomile), whole milk, orange juice, flavored water, natural yogurt, and cocoa powder. Sweet and unsweetened croissants, white and whole wheat bread, Vienna bread, scones, orange or mandarin pudding, and homemade oatmeal cookies. Scrambled eggs, cooked ham, and dambo cheese. Butter, strawberry jam, light peach jam, dulce de leche, sugar, and sweetener. Sugar-free cornflakes, oatmeal, chia, flax, and rice cakes. Four varieties of seasonal fruits, fruit salad, and homemade fruit in syrup. Breakfasts for guests with celiac disease must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- NEW TOURIST TAX: In accordance with Departmental Decree No. 36, 852 of the Montevideo City Council, a Tourist Tax will go into effect starting October 1, 2025, which must be paid by all foreign passengers over 11 years of age staying in the city's hotels. Rate Details:
