This modern complex lies in the tourist centre of La Oliva (Corralejo) and is just 400 m from the beach. It is 1 km from the town centre, which offers a diverse selection of shopping venues, cafés, bars, restaurants and exciting nightlife venues. There is a public transport stop 100 m away. The airport is around 60 km away and the Corralejo Port 4 km away. Renovated in 2007, the apartment complex comprises 136 apartments and features a 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange service, public Internet and bike rental and storage.
