Moored on the River Spree in the heart of Berlin, two boats comprise this charming hotel. Shipotel Eastern & Shipotel Western sit amid the vibrant Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg districts, just 33 feet from the remains of the Berlin Wall. The Shipotel Eastern features cozy cabin rooms with en suite bathrooms and a spacious deck area with great views of the Oberbaum Bridge. The Shipotel Western features budget cabins with shared bathrooms and a roof terrace (not open in winter) with a great view of the Berlin skyline. Bed linen and towels are included. Guests can enjoy a drink on the Floating Lounge's deck in the summer or next to the fireplace in winter. Central heating allows guests to stay on board year-round. The main reception, reception room, and lounge are located on the Shipotel Eastern. The Floating Lounge offers English stand-up comedy every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Friedrichshain offers many bars and clubs within walking distance of the Shipotel Eastern. Warschauer Straße S-Bahn (city rail) station is just a 10-minute walk away.
