The James, synonymous with the seamless blend of modern, residentially styled, state-of-the-art technology and guest-centric service found at its Chicago location, will bring those same attributes to its new property in New York City. Early departures will be charged the full amount of original reservation. No name changes will be accepted 7 days or less prior to arrival. Must be 18 years of age to check-in. If a guest is under 21 years of age, they must pay $50 for mini bar removal.
