About Tshukudu Bush Lodge
The lodge is situated in the beautiful, and happily malaria-free Pilanesberg National Park, where over 80 species of animal roam the Savannah. Sun City is approximately 2 km from the hotel and Oliver Reginald Tambo International Airport is 213 km away. The lodge, built high on a rocky outcrop, has been designed to offer a perfectly indulgent bush getaway. It offers 6 chalets which have their own private balcony overlooking the park and waterhole, and guests can also join others in the dining room or out on the patio. The exciting wine selection is sure to impress. Other facilities available at the air-conditioned hotel include a TV lounge, bar, WLAN Internet access, room service and a laundry service (fees apply). Each chalet offers a double bed and chaise lounge which provide ample comfort. The bathroom is decadently fitted with a sunken bath tub from which sweeping views of the park can be enjoyed. Each chalet additionally features a private terrace, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and tea and coffee making facilities. A game drive through the park is a must for all visitors. The park has a rich array of southern African wildlife including the Big Five, the five most dangerous game animals in Africa. Bush walks are also offered. A full English brunch is prepared to perfection at the end of an early morning game drive; high tea with a savoury and sweet selection; sundowners under African skies; a splendid selection of wine provides the ultimate accompaniment with a five course dinner.
