The hotel is located on the lush hillsides of Heredia in the Central Valley of Costa Rica in Los Angeles de San Rafael, close to the capital San José. It is some 30 minutes' drive away from Juan Santamaría International Airport and approximately 25 minutes (23 kilometres) from San José. This legendary mountain hotel is a magical and romantic alpine-style holiday village consisting of 10 charming 2-storey chalets and 13 suites, including 1 honeymoon suite, providing a total of 23 rooms. The hotel was renovated in 2010 and is home to a restaurant famed for its French fusion and international cuisine. Guests are welcome to use the cloakroom in the lobby of this family-friendly establishment. Additional communal areas include the café, bar and pub, and business and conference travellers are catered for by the auditorium and conference facilities. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the children's playground.
