Located in the heart of Lapad Bay, it's just a short two-minute stroll from the area's most popular beach and several secluded coves sheltered by pine trees. The pedestrian-only zone means access is by stairs; please note there is no luggage carrying service or elevator. Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby activities, including bars, local restaurants, tennis courts, a cinema, a children's playground, and a shopping center. Lapad Bay offers direct bus connections to Dubrovnik's Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can explore ancient walls, historical monuments, churches, and museums. The hotel has two entrances. The main entrance, accessible via a staircase, is a three-minute walk from the closest parking on the street above Sunset Beach. A second entrance at the back of the hotel, also reached by stairs, can be found by car or taxi by navigating to Hotel Kompas. Look for the small 'Art Hotel' sign on the shared wall and descend the stairs to the hotel's white doors.
