The 2 and 3-bedroom suites offer plenty of room and all the comforts of home, with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable stylish dining rooms and bedrooms, and homely living rooms. There are plenty of amenities on offer in the community, such as a swimming pool, a games room, and a spa pool. Opposite the Orange County Convention Center, this is a perfect location for both business travelers and leisure travelers. There is complimentary parking for guests. Note: Incidentals hold for $500 for Florida resident guests. Outside of Florida, is $200. A nightly resort fee of $14. 99 and a one-time departure cleaning fee of $165 are collected at the resort directly. Guests receiving package deliveries will be charged $1 per pound, a maximum of 50 pounds.
