The family-run Stratos Apartments and Studios, established in 1992, offers a variety of rooms, studios, and apartments to suit all budgets. Each studio and apartment features a private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, and cooking facilities. Guests can enjoy communal areas, including a bar/cafe, breakfast room with a shady courtyard, and a large balcony with panoramic sea views of Parikia Bay. Located on the outskirts of Parikia, the hotel is less than 1 km from the port, a 5-minute walk from the town center and seafront, and 10 km from the airport. Direct beach access is available via steps beside the building, with Souvlia (Delphini) beach a 5-minute walk and Parasporos beach a 10-minute walk away. A nearby bus stop connects to Paros' most popular beaches and the airport. Car, scooter, and ATV/quad rentals are available on-site through the 24-hour reception.
