About the Sandpiper
Sandpiper Guesthouse is a 4 star bed and breakfast bordering the indigenous forest in the village of St Lucia Kwa Zulu Natal and is surrounded by the Isimangaliso Wetland Park (St. Lucia Wetland Park) which is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.
St Lucia is famous for the hippos wandering the streets at night, as well as the BIG 6, as whales are also part of the available experience.
We have 5 comfortable en-suites; air conditioned double rooms and 1 family room. Some of the rooms have patios overlooking the pool and forest from where you are very likely to see the local wildlife walking past and is a great birding environment.
We offer a delicious Continental and English breakfast daily on the patio. Safe undercover parking is available on the property.
