About the Garden Hotel & Resort
This 66-room deluxe hotel offers well-appointed accommodations, newly renovated in November 2013, within walking distance of the beach. Relax in our large heated pool or sip a refreshing cocktail while soaking up the beautiful Florida sun. The warm and friendly atmosphere of our bar and lounge makes you feel right at home. If you wish to venture further, you'll find many fine restaurants and bars nearby for dining and entertainment. The hotel's location makes it ideal for family vacations, with all that Fort Lauderdale offers close at hand. Easy access to the airport and cruise ships also makes it perfect for overnight stays before traveling to other destinations. Please note the following hotel policies: * **Minimum Age:** 21 years for check-in. * **Identification and Credit Cards:** Required upon check-in. * **Packages:** Two medium-sized packages are accepted free of charge before arrival. Additional or oversized packages incur a $25 storage fee per package. Packages received after check-in are free of charge. * **Parking:** $18 per night for the first vehicle, $20 per night for a second vehicle, payable at check-in. ** Hotel Renovation extended until October 27, 2025 (subject to change).
