The apartment complex lies around 150 m from the beach in a peaceful area of San Augustin. The beach promenade, San Augustin with Playa del Inglés is just a stone's throw from the complex and many public transport links are found in the surrounding area. Renovated in 2000, this complex consists of 33 apartments/ studios in total and a 300 m² garden. Guests are invited to make use of the air-conditioned restaurant. Further facilities include Internet access (for an added fee) as well as room and laundry services. The studios and apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a kitchenette, a hire safe, a minibar/ fridge, Internet access, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a balcony or a terrace.
