These apartments are located in Protaras, around 400 metres from the centre of Pernera with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants as well as links to the public transport network. The centre of Protaras is only 3 km away and guests can easily get there by bus. Paralimni is a 5-minute drive and Ayia Napa is 15 km away. This family owned and operated apartment complex provides a warm atmosphere for relaxing holidays. Renovated in 2011, the delightful property enjoys an excellent location right on the beach, and there are 88 apartments in total. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, newspaper stand, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper floors. There is also a games room, TV lounge, café, bar and restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the wireless Internet access, laundry service and car park. All apartments have separate bedrooms with air conditioning, a separate sitting room, a small kitchenette and two sofas with extra beds in case more than 2 people are staying in the apartment. The en suite bathroom has a bath/shower and there is a spacious balcony or terrace in all apartments with direct sea views.
