This complex is located in the heart of the Pirin Mountain range in south-western Bulgaria, in the beautiful Bansko-Razlog valley. The centre of Razlog is 3 km away and it is 6 km to the ski region and tourist centre of Bansko. Blagoevgrad is 60 km and it lies 160 km from the capital Sofia. Plovdiv Airport and Sofia Airport are both 160 km away.
This family-friendly apartment complex in 150 hectares of grounds is an international resort which offers the unique opportunity to ski in the well-renowned ski resort of Bansko in the winter and to enjoy the aristocratic game of golf in summer. It offers guests holiday properties and luxurious trading areas for sale and rent and manages a top-level golf club at the same time. The properties at the resort represent 3 residential districts, Downtown, Lake and Pirin. They are reminiscent of the typical structure of a town with its busy trading area and the different residential districts. Accommodation is provided in a total of 29 studios. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area, separate accommodation and check-out office, a currency exchange facility, a newspaper stand and a games room. The younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground for an additional fee or at the kids' club (charges apply). There is a café, a bar, a pub and 2 restaurants and guests have conference facilities and WLAN Internet access at their disposal. They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (charges apply to both) and there is parking available for those arriving by car. It is possible to hire bicycles on the premises.
