The hotel is located in the north of Marrakech's medina in an area called Bab Taghzout, twenty minutes' walk from Djemaa el Fna Square. The nearby Bab Taghzout Square is a hub for taxis. The city centre at Gueliz is around 2 km, or a 15-minute walk, away. Sidi Bel Abbas temple is around 200 m away, and the souks of the medina are some 300 m away. Marrakech-Menara Airport is approximately 6 km away.

The 12 rooms and suites of the hotel are laid out around the patio on two levels, and are decorated with taste, originality, and with a constant eye to refinement. The furniture and decorative objects were exclusively designed and created here by Moroccan craftsmen. The crystalline murmur of a fountain can be distinguished over the hubbub of the bazaars, a heavy door is discreetly ajar among the ancient facades of the old town (medina) opening onto one of the most beautiful riads of Marrakech.
