The Carlotta Apartments offer modern, quiet and well-equipped flats for a longer stay in Berlin. They are located in the centre of Pestalozzistraße in Charlottenburg. The generously proportioned residential units range in size from 32 to 246 square metres and are flooded with light thanks to their large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Some of the flats have large loggias that offer a marvellous view of the quiet green inner courtyard. The flats were designed and furnished by the award-winning Berlin office of Grüntuch-Ernst Architects. The LOTTA day bar is located on the ground floor of the building.
