Check-in is between 10:45 AM and 11:25 AM at the Ambassador Lounge, located on the first floor of the terminal at Halong Sungroup International Cruise Port. After receiving your key card, you will be transferred by tender from Halong Port to Lan Ha Bay for embarkation. Late arrivals may be subject to a penalty fee or denied boarding. Please also note that the room rate does not include transportation fees and that children aged 5-11 will incur a surcharge.
