About Prince Stafylos
This superb hotel is situated on the outskirts of the main town on Skopelos Island. It stands out from the surrounding buildings thanks to the innovative design of its roof, which uses resistant materials and hand-worked rock. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk away from the port of Skopelos town. The name of this country house hotel refers to the island's first settler, Prince Stafilos, who was son of Dionysos and Ariadne and grandson of Minoa. The resort is a great example of fine Greek architecture and the building is constructed to reflect the whiteness of the old houses of Skopelos town and the dark brown wood and stones that come from the Pilion area. All the rooms are fully equipped with every comfort, and tastefully furnished. Guests can relax by on the sun loungers and parasols which are laid out beside the outdoor swimming pool.
