About Rosewood Court Motel
Built in 1998 the Motel comprises of 7 Studio Units, and 4 - 2 Bedroom Units. From the outset the building and all units have been well maintained and offer an extremely high and comfortable standard of accommodation. The complex is situated approximately 1. 5 km north of Christchurch City centre, which can be reached by a 20 minute walk, or a 3 minute car journey. All the accommodation units are equipped with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microwave, Sky TV & VCR. 7 of the 11 units are fitted with a spa bath / shower, and the remaining 4 with a shower. The 2 bedroom units can accommodate up to 6 guests, while 2 of the 7 Studio Units can accommodate 3 guests.
