In the Nature Reserve is Eskilstuna's biggest area for motion and recreation with trails for jogging and cycling. Sormlandsleden nature area includes bath areas, ski trails, ski slope, football area and much more. You can rent bikes, skis and canoes. The hotel has a relaxing area with a sauna and spa pool, a sport hall with a gym. The Conference Center is available for up to 150 persons.
