About Arass Hotel & Business Flats
The Arass Hotel*** & Business Flats has been the ideal solution for short trips or extended stays in Antwerp for over 30 years, particularly for business travelers. Located in the charming Belle-Epoque neighborhood of Zurenborg, with its delightful restaurants and bars, the hotel is conveniently situated near public transport, including tram, metro, and bus stops. Antwerp's central train station is a mere 500m walk away, providing easy access to the city center, shopping streets, and famous attractions. All rooms and apartments, except for the standard rooms, feature a fully equipped kitchenette (hotel rooms) or kitchen (business flats). A large Delhaize supermarket is located just across the street, while Aldi, Lidl, and Carrefour (open on Sundays) are within walking distance. The Arass Hotel offers 24-hour amenities such as secure indoor private parking, free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and laundry facilities. Guests can also enjoy a breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. For stays of one to seven nights, spacious standard rooms (35m²) and studios with kitchenettes (35m²) are available, renovated in July 2014 with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs offering over 100 international channels. For longer stays choose from Duplex Superior Apartments (55m²), Penthouse Apartments (80m²), Grand Apartments (100m²), and Family Apartments (120m²). Please note that a €250 guarantee is required for all reservations (stays longer than seven nights require a €500 guarantee). This can be paid by credit card or cash during reception hours.
