Athoniki Villas are a small complex of high specification Villas, set in Kalathos with spectacular views out over the Aegean. These newly completed Villas offer comfortable and elegant surroundings and are built and furnished to a high specification offering the height of luxury, elegance and convenience.

Each Villa is set in private landscaped grounds with off road parking, private pool, outdoor decking and garden area. With a slight variation on layout, as standard all Villas have a spacious and comfortable open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with all the latest mod-cons (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, and dishwasher). There is also a wc with basin on the ground floor. The Villas have an interior staircase leading downstairs to the utility room, bathroom with bath and shower, twin bedroom and double bedroom with patio doors opening directly on to the decking area and pool
