With its own private entrance, just steps from the San Miguel River, this two bedroom, two and one half bath condominium features hand-milled wide plank ash floors, plush carpets, custom wormy-maple cabinetry, solid granite counters, a gourmet kitchen with professional-style dual fuel cooking, a hot tub whirlpool tub, a custom tiled steam shower, a washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, a private ski locker and a designated parking space. A circular staircase winds to the lower level bedrooms and exterior courtyard, complete with a private hot tub. There is a queen bed in the master, a split king (can be two twins or one king) in the second bedroom and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
