Located near Ouirgane in the picturesque Azzaden River Valley facing the High Atlas Mountains and Takerkhort Wildlife Reserve, this lodge is an ideal base for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Eight spacious junior suites each sleep up to 4 people in king size beds or twins with extra bed and sofa bed. This charming property enjoys a stunning design, beautifully respecting the traditions of the area. The stone-wall guest rooms offer an elegant setting in which to unwind. All rooms include telescopes for star-gazing, binoculars for bird-watching, satellite TV with DVD, log fires, bath robes and Moroccan slippers. Guests can enjoy a leisurely swim in the infinity pool which overlooks the river, or relax on the lawn and revel at the splendid beauty of the surroundings. Terraced orchards are filled with plum, peach, apple and olive trees. A restaurant offers indoor or outdoor dining with Moroccan and international menus. Sitting at the gateway to Toubkal National Park, the region is a walker's paradise: several day walks or overnight hikes are possible. Excursions by car can be made to the Ourika Valley, Agafay Desert, Tin Mal Mosque and the Ouirgane Valley. Mountain biking, horse-riding and spa are available locally. Access is via a scenic 3 km dirt track from Marigha. There is on-site car parking. This establishment allows well-behaved pets.
