En-route to Alaska and the BC and Alaska Marine Highway ferries, the Sandman Inn Smithers is a newly renovated inn with 35 guests rooms, centrally located in the downtown area, easily accessible from Highway 16 with lots of free parking. This place is ideal for those who like to go fishing at the Bulkey River, or those who enjoy the mountain thrills and hiking during the summer, and snowmobiling and skiing during the winter season at Hudson Bay Mountain. Each room has complimentary in-room coffee & tea, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, colour TV, modem connections, air-conditioning and has two double beds that can accommodate up to quad occupancy based on sharing existing beds. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site, however there are several good choices located nearby.
