About the Berkeley River Lodge
The Berkeley River Lodge is one of the Kimberley Regions newest and most remote coastal properties, offering a combination of stunning Australian wilderness and refined luxury. Located on a 65m high sand dune, The Berkeley offers 20 air conditioned villas, each with magnificent views across the Timor Sea, Reveley Island or the mouth of the Berkeley River and the Kimberley Coast.  All villas feature a king sized bed and open-air ensuite, complete with dual vanities and a free-standing bath tub for bathing in the Kimberley moonlight. The Lodge provides excellent facilities including a 20m lap pool with poolside lounges and our signature restaurant Dunes offering a casual yet decadent dining experience. Our philosophy at The Berkeley is to personalise your stay so you can be as active or as relaxed as you choose. Some of the activities on offer include scenic river cruises, sunset cruises, river and ocean fishing, guided hikes, 4WD beach & bush drives, helicopter excursions and remote dining opportunities. There is no road access to the property. Scenic transfer flights are available daily for Kununurra or Darwin.
