The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, this property can only accept bookings from fully vaccinated guests. Vaccination certificates and/or other documents as required by law must be presented at check-in. Please contact the property for more information. Car Parks are available on the site, charges apply. Guests may pay at hourly rates at the auto pay machine if needed or purchase a parking ticket at RM 7. 00 per ticket per entry. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Tourism Tax @ RM 10. 00 per night per unit is payable (for foreigners ONLY). We are 5 to 8 mins walk to the Chan Sow Lin LRT and MRT stations. The MRT Station is linked with a pedestrian access to features paid-to-paid area transfer between the LRT and MRT. The Chan Sow Lin MRT Station started operation on 16 March 2023 under phase two operations of the line. A damage deposit of MYR 100 to 200 (depends on room type) is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
